Our Goal & Organization
Stanley Builders LLC can actually reduce your rental house expenses with our in-house Licensed Master electrician, Roofing expert, general Handyman, Lawyer, and Pest Control expert. You have the whole team on retainer! If we cannot make the repair ourselves we will handle it for you and make sure you get the best price possible.
12%
-We receive 12% of collected rents.
-We will also charge you actual cost of monthly air filters, necessary replacement bulbs, door knobs, and similar supplies.
-12% covers all normal recurring maintenance labor such as filter replacement, pest control, etc.
Low Repair Cost
Every home occasionally needs minor repairs such as tripped breakers, or running or stopped toilets. We give the best prices possible for all repairs: From roof repair to light switch replacement, you will get a better price than calling any other company.
Tenant Management
We deal with all tenant issues from pre-inspection and tenant checks to collections and finally evictions, final inspections, and preparing for a new tenant. No more tenant headaches.
Legal Issues with Tenants
Evictions in Alabama must be filed either by the actual owner, or by a lawyer--Property managers cannot file evictions without a lawyer.

Accounting

Lease Renewals/Terminations
Lease renewals are fast and easy because we do them for you..
We retain tenants for you, but when the tenant will be vacating the property, we do a move-out inspection, provide all required accounting of the tenant's security deposit and all appropriate charges will be assessed. Easy Peasy.
